THE BOOK
Our directories have, for the last fifteen years,
provided the guide to the various Hispanic communities of California
in the most attractive,
and user-friendly format available anywhere in the state. We will
continue to expand the scope and distribution of our directories
to make sure that information, both educational and practical,
can be used to further serve the Hispanic and business
community. We are, singularly, the largest
Hispanic directory in the State of California and will continue
to use that distinction to make our logo and subsequently, our
books, the most easily recognizable symbol of business reference
material anywhere.
We know that when people of any language preference use a yellow
pages guide, they are ready to buy. California
Hispanics comprise the largest single language specific demographic
in
the
nation. At over 30% of the general population statewide, or approximately
15 million (and climbing) the majority of Hispanic people are
Spanish-speaking or prefer to use the Spanish language most often
at home. Over 85% of all Hispanics learn to speak Spanish before
they learn English. Advertising to them in a language friendly
way not only makes sense, it makes for lasting business relations.
When your business patronizes the people and their language preferred,
they will, in turn, patronize the businesses who do so. In effect,
the profitability and therefore, the value is immeasureably greater
than the cost.
Design
Our graphic art department is staffed by the most highly qualified people both as translators and graphic art designers. They are formally educated in the fine nuances of the spelling and grammar of the Spanish language and have received extensive training in computer graphic design.
Production
Our books are printed in America on high quality paper using the most advanced technologies available in the United States. Our standards for quality are next-to-none and stand alone in their level of excellence.
Distribution and Marketing
We consider distribution and marketing to be the "two hands" of the same goal. We not only have the books in easily seen rack-displays, we make sure that the prescence of the books is communicated to the Hispanic community through the use of Spanish radio, Spanish papers, and our personal brand of advertising utilizing window posters, logo stickers, logo shirts, logo key-chains, and community wide distribution of attractive park-style benches. Our distribution practices are what make sure our books are not only noticed, they are taken home, kept available and used often. Through our marketing "reminders" we ensure the successful response rate that has been at the source of our continued high renewal rate among advertisers. Repeat business always speaks for itself!
